Joanie Brittingham performs at Carnegie Hall

ABOUT

Joanie Brittingham is a piano technician available throughout NYC  for piano tuning, regulation, and repair. 

​​

She studied at the New York School of Piano Tuning and is currently studying at the Butler School of Piano Technology. She is a member of the Piano Technicians Guild and serves on the Teacher Relations Committee.

​

Brittingham is an active singer/actor and has been praised for her “dramatic versatility” (Opera News), “lovely soprano” (New York Times) and “captivating stage presence” (New York Classical Review). Brittingham has performed at Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, and Symphony Space and with Riverside Theatre, the New Ohio Theatre, Chelsea Opera, the New Works Festival with OPERA America, and American Lyric Theatre.

Brittingham is available for everything from concerts to concert tunings!

WRITING

Brittingham  is  a published writer for academic, trade publication, and creative pieces. She is also the editor of Classical Singer Magazine.
